sec.38 Remuneration and conditions
The executive officer is to be paid the remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council. The remuneration must not be reduced during the executive officer’s term of office without the executive officer’s written consent. The executive officer holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council.
