sec.35 Appointment
There is to be an executive officer of the employing office. The executive officer is to be appointed by the Governor in Council. The executive officer is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 35 amd 2022 No. 34 s 356 sch 3 (sec.35-ssec.1) There is to be an executive officer of the employing office.
