sec.29 Establishment of employing office
The Resources Safety and Health Queensland employing office (the employing office ) is established. The employing office consists of— the executive officer; and the staff of the employing office. The employing office is a separate entity from RSHQ. (sec.29-ssec.1) The Resources Safety and Health Queensland employing office (the employing office ) is established. (sec.29-ssec.2) The employing office consists of— the executive officer; and the staff of the employing office. (sec.29-ssec.3) The employing office is a separate entity from RSHQ.
