sec.23 Functions
The CEO has the following functions— ensuring the effective and efficient administration and operation of RSHQ and the performance of its functions; and managing the organisational unit under the control of the CEO. The CEO also has the functions given to the CEO under this Act or another Act. (sec.23-ssec.1) The CEO has the following functions— ensuring the effective and efficient administration and operation of RSHQ and the performance of its functions; and managing the organisational unit under the control of the CEO. (sec.23-ssec.2) The CEO also has the functions given to the CEO under this Act or another Act.
