sec.21 CEO not to engage in other paid employment
The CEO must not, without the Minister’s prior written approval— engage in paid employment outside the responsibilities of the office of the CEO; or actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on a business, outside the responsibilities of the office of the CEO.
- (a) engage in paid employment outside the responsibilities of the office of the CEO; or
- (b) actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on a business, outside the responsibilities of the office of the CEO.
