sec.20 Vacancy in office
The office of the CEO becomes vacant if the CEO— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or becomes disqualified under section 15 from continuing as CEO; or is removed under section 19 as CEO.
- (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
- (b) resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or
- (c) becomes disqualified under section 15 from continuing as CEO; or
- (d) is removed under section 19 as CEO.
