sec.18 Remuneration and conditions
The CEO is to be paid the remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council. The remuneration must not be reduced during the CEO’s term of office without the CEO’s written consent. The CEO holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council.
