Tasmania act
This Act declares that any delegations the Resource Planning and Development Commission made before the Act commenced are to be treated as valid, and that acts performed by people under those delegations are taken to have been validly done (s5). It therefore affects the Commission and anyone who acted as a delegate. It creates no new fees, leaves decision‑making with those delegates, and removes legal uncertainty about past delegated decisions by validating them retrospectively (s5).
