57 Annual report
(1) The Chairperson shall, not later than 31 December in each year commencing with the year 1990, prepare and give to the Minister a report on the Commission’s activities during the period of 12 months that ended on the preceding 30 June. (2) A report may contain comments on issues arising from inquiries conducted by the Commission. (3) The Minister shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the day on which the Minister received the report.
