48 Remuneration and allowances
(1) Subject to this section, a Commissioner shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. (2) A Commissioner shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed. (3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973. (4) If a person who is a Judge is appointed as a Commissioner, the person is not entitled to remuneration under this Act while receiving salary or annual allowance as a Judge.
