35 Powers of Chairperson
(1) A power of the Chairperson under section 24, 25 or 34 in relation to an inquiry shall be exercised, as far as practicable, only after consultation with the special Commissioners (if any) for the inquiry. (2) The Chairperson shall direct and control travel arrangements by Commissioners for the purpose of the performance of their duties.
