33 Draft reports
(1) In the course of an inquiry, the Commission shall, unless the Minister otherwise directs, prepare for public consideration a draft report of the inquiry. (2) The Commission shall, as soon as practicable, make copies of the draft report available to the public and shall provide opportunities for public comment on the draft report.
