30 Written evidence and documents to be made public
Where a person: (a) gives written evidence to an inquiry; or (b) gives or produces a document to the Commission in connection with an inquiry; the Commission shall, as soon as is practicable, make available to the public in any way it thinks fit the particulars of the evidence or the contents of the document, other than any matter where: (c) the person objects to the matter being made public and the Commission considers that evidence of the matter would have been taken in private if it had been given orally at a hearing; or (d) the Commission considers that, even though the person does not object to the matter being made public, evidence of the matter would have been taken in private if it had been given orally at a hearing.
