27 Quorum for meetings and hearings
(1) Subject to subsection (2), where there is at least one special Commissioner for an inquiry, the majority of the Commissioners constituting the Division for the inquiry constitute a quorum at a meeting or hearing of the Division. (2) A quorum of a Division for an inquiry shall not be taken to be present unless the Chairperson or his or her delegate for the purposes of the inquiry is present.
