18 Notice varying or ending inquiry
(1) At any time during an inquiry into a resource matter, the Minister may, by written notice to the Chairperson, amend or withdraw the referral of the matter. (2) As soon as practicable after giving the notice, the Minister shall publish a copy of it in each State and inhabited external Territory in a newspaper circulating generally in the State or Territory.
