68A Transitional and savings provisions consequent on Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2010
[Section 68A Inserted by No. 33 of 2010, s. 13, Applied:03 Dec 2010] The amendments made by the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2010 do not apply in respect of a residential tenancy agreement that was in force immediately before the day on which that Act commenced until 12 months after that day.
