66 Regulations of savings and transitional nature
(1) [Section 66 Subsection (1) amended by No. 59 of 2005, s. 12, Applied:01 Jul 2009] The Governor may make regulations of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of this Act or any Act amending this Act.
(2) [Section 66 Subsection (2) amended by No. 59 of 2005, s. 12, Applied:01 Jul 2009] Regulations under subsection (1) may take effect from the day on which this Act, or any Act amending this Act, commences or a later day.
