40 Monetary limit of jurisdiction of Tribunal—s 187(4)(a) of Act
For the purposes of section 187(4)(a) of the Act, the amount prescribed is—
(a) if the order is with respect to a rental bond—$30,000, or
(b) otherwise—$15,000.
