96 If social housing tenancy becomes available A tenant may terminate a tenancy by 14 days notice to the landlord in accordance with section 101 if: (a) the tenant had applied for a social housing tenancy before entering the tenancy agreement; and (b) the tenant, before signing the tenancy agreement, advised the landlord of the tenant's application; and (c) an offer of a social housing tenancy has been made to the tenant and accepted by the tenant.
