86 If premises flooded, unsafe or uninhabitable A landlord may terminate a tenancy by 2 days notice in writing to the tenant in accordance with section 101 if: (a) access to the premises to which the tenancy relates has not been available for more than 3 days because of flooding; or (b) continued occupation of the premises by the tenant is a threat to the health or safety of the tenant or members of the public or a threat to the safety of the landlord's property; or (c) the premises have become uninhabitable.
