70 Inspection of premises (1) The landlord may enter the premises or ancillary property for the purpose of inspecting the premises or ancillary property. (a) between 7 am and 9 pm at a time previously arranged with the tenant not less than 7 days before the entry is made; and (b) after: (i) 3 months after the last entry was made to the premises for the purposes of this paragraph; or (ii) if a longer period is specified in the agreement as the interval during which an entry for the purpose of inspecting the premises or ancillary property is not to be made – that longer period.
