68 Entry only permitted in accordance with Act (1) It is a term of a tenancy agreement that the landlord may only enter the premises or ancillary property in accordance with this Act. (2) This Part does not apply to a part of the premises or ancillary property that a tenant uses in common with the landlord or a tenant, under another tenancy agreement, of the landlord.
