22 Harsh or unconscionable terms (1) The Tribunal may, on the application of a tenant, make an order rescinding or varying a term of a tenancy agreement (other than a term that is specified under this Act to be a term of an agreement) if it is satisfied that the term is harsh or unconscionable. (2) On making an order under subsection (1), the Tribunal may make consequential changes to the tenancy agreement or another related document, including an ancillary agreement.
