21 Tenant not to give false information It is a term of a tenancy agreement that a tenant must not give a (a) information about a tenant's identity that is material to a landlord's decision to enter into the tenancy agreement and that is, to the knowledge of the tenant, false; or (b) any other information, required by or under this Act to be given in relation to the tenancy agreement, that is, to the knowledge of the tenant, false.
