179 Application of amendment to section 90
The amendment to section 90 by the amending Act:
(a) subject to paragraph (b), does not apply to a tenancy
agreement entered into before the commencement of
section 19 of the amending Act; and
(b) applies to a tenancy agreement for a subsequent fixed term
tenancy agreed to after the commencement of section 19 of
the amending Act.
