171 Appeals before Local Court (1) This section applies if, before the commencement: (a) a person had made an application to the Local Court appealing against the Commissioner's decision; and (b) the Local Court had not decided the matter. (2) The Local Court must continue to deal with the matter in accordance with the former legislation.
