156 Right to be notified of change of landlord's name or address (1) If a name or address that a landlord or a landlord's agent is required under section 19 to specify in a tenancy agreement changes, he or she must ensure that the tenant is notified in writing of the change of the new name or address within 14 days after the change. Residential Tenancies Act 1999 98 (2) Within 14 days after a person succeeds another as the landlord under a tenancy agreement, the new landlord must ensure that the tenant is notified in writing of the full name and address for service of: (a) the new landlord or, if an agent has been engaged to act on behalf of the new landlord in respect of the residential premises, the full name and address of the agent; and (b) any person with superior title to the new landlord.
