154 Service of notices Unless otherwise provided by or under this Act, a notice required by or under this Act to be given to a person may be: (a) delivered personally to the person; or (b) left at the person's usual or last known place of residence or business with a person apparently over the age of 16 years and apparently residing or employed at that place; or (c) sent by post addressed to the person's usual or last known place of residence or business; or (d) in the case of a body corporate: (i) for a company within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) – by serving it in accordance with section 109X of that Act; or (ii) for a registered body within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) – by serving it in accordance with section 601CX of that Act; or (e) given by electronic communication in accordance with the Electronic Transactions (Northern Territory) Act 2000.
