121 Compensation if tenant fails to vacate premises (1) If a tenant fails to hand over vacant possession of premises after he or she is required by or under this Act to do so, the landlord is entitled to receive from the tenant: (a) compensation for any loss or expense incurred by the landlord by the failure; and
