106 Repossession of premises
A landlord must not enter premises for the purpose of taking
possession of the premises unless:
(a) the premises are abandoned or the tenant voluntarily gives up
possession of the premises; or
(b) the landlord is authorised to take possession under an order of
the Tribunal.
