9 Inconsistent tenancy terms void (1) A term of a residential tenancy agreement is void if— (a) it is inconsistent with a standard residential tenancy term; and (b) it has not been endorsed by the ACAT under section 10. (2) A term of a residential tenancy agreement is void if it is inconsistent with this Act (other than a standard residential tenancy term).
