46 False or misleading statements On application by a tenant, the ACAT may terminate a residential tenancy agreement if satisfied that the agreement was induced by a false or misleading statement of the lessor. 46AA Termination of agreement for failure to comply with minimum housing standards (1) On application by a tenant, the ACAT may terminate a residential tenancy agreement if satisfied that the lessor has failed to comply with section 19B (Lessor’s obligations about minimum housing standards).
