33 Bond release application—general (1) A bond release application may be made after the termination of a residential tenancy agreement by— (a) the tenant and lessor jointly, under section 34A (Bond release application—joint application); or (b) the tenant, under section 34B (Bond release application— application by tenant); or (c) the lessor, under section 34C (Bond release application— application by lessor). Note A bond release application may be made before the termination of a residential tenancy agreement in certain circumstances (see s 34D). (2) The lessor or tenant may make more than 1 application in relation to the agreement only with the director-general’s permission.
