127 Death of co-tenant If 1 of 2 or more co-tenants under a residential tenancy agreement dies, the agreement continues to operate— (a) with the remaining co-tenant as the sole tenant; or (b) if there are 2 or more remaining co-tenants—with the remaining co-tenants.
