Division 7—Orders 35—Special powers to make orders (1) The Tribunal may make an order in the nature of an injunction (including an interim injunction) or an order for specific performance. (2) However, a member of the Tribunal who is not a legally qualified member (within the meaning of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013) cannot make an order under subsection (1) without the approval of the President or a Deputy President of the Tribunal. (6) The Tribunal may, in the exercise of its jurisdiction, make ancillary or incidental orders.
