### sec.26 Person must be advised of information used
This section applies to a criminal history report about a person obtained under section 24 .
Before using information in the report to decide whether the person is a suitable person, the chief executive must—
disclose the information to the person; and
allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the chief executive about the information.
