### sec.191 Notice of refusal to register continuing service
This section applies if an application to register a continuing service is made on or before the due day.
If the chief executive decides the application by refusing to register the service, the chief executive must give the applicant a notice of the decision stating the day, not earlier than 14 days after the notice is given, by which the service provider must stop conducting the service.
(sec.191-ssec.1) This section applies if an application to register a continuing service is made on or before the due day.
