### sec.192 Register
This section applies to each application for registration of a continuing service made within 2 years after the commencement day.
The chief executive must record on the register of residential services the following particulars of the application—
the applicant’s name;
the address of the premises to which the application relates;
the date of the application;
once the application is decided, the decision.
The particulars must remain on the register until the later of the following days—
the day that is 2 years after the commencement day;
the day that is 1 month after the application is decided.
(sec.192-ssec.1) This section applies to each application for registration of a continuing service made within 2 years after the commencement day.
