### sec.190 Registration on conditions
This section applies if the chief executive is not satisfied the premises fully comply with the prescribed building requirements.
The chief executive may register the continuing service on conditions the chief executive considers appropriate to ensure the premises are improved to a level that fully complies with the prescribed building requirements within a reasonable time.

The registration certificate for the service must state any conditions applying to the registration.
While the service is registered under this section on 1 or more conditions, the chief executive may cancel the registration, impose a new condition, amend a condition or omit a condition under part 3, division 5 and, for that purpose, part 3, division 5 applies to the registration, with all necessary changes, as if—
a reference to accreditation were a reference to registration; and
a reference to the accreditation criteria were a reference to the prescribed building requirements.
The service provider for a continuing service must not contravene a condition on which the service is registered.
Maximum penalty for subsection (5)—100 penalty units.
