Division 12—Harsh or unconscionable terms 45—Harsh or unconscionable terms (1) The Tribunal may, on application by a resident, make an order rescinding or varying a term of a residential park agreement if satisfied that the term is harsh or unconscionable. (2) On making an order under subsection (1), the Tribunal may make consequential changes to the residential park agreement or another related document.
