#### 9 Declaration by Tribunal 9 Declaration by Tribunal > The Tribunal may, on application by any person, make an order declaring that— > > > (a) a specified place is or is not a community to which this Act or a specified provision of this Act or the regulations applies, or > > > (b) a specified agreement is or is not a site agreement to which this Act or a specified provision of this Act or the regulations applies, or > > > (c) a specified contract, agreement or arrangement of a kind referred to in section 7 was or was not made in good faith.
