#### 72 Application based on comparable residential sites 72 Application based on comparable residential sites > > (1) A home owner may apply to the Tribunal for an order under section 73 if the home owner objects to an increase in site fees on the ground that the increase is substantially excessive when compared with increases for similar residential sites in the community. > > > (2) The application must be made within 30 days after the notice of the increase was given to the home owner. > > > (3) This section does not prevent the home owner from also making or being a party to an application under section 71.
