62 Site becoming uninhabitable
If a residential site becomes wholly uninhabitable, otherwise than as a result of a breach of the site agreement, the site fees abate accordingly until the earlier of the following occurs—
(a) the site becomes wholly habitable,
(b) the site agreement is terminated under this Act.
