#### 62 Site becoming uninhabitable 62 Site becoming uninhabitable > If a residential site becomes wholly uninhabitable, otherwise than as a result of a breach of the site agreement, the site fees abate accordingly until the earlier of the following occurs— > > > (a) the site becomes wholly habitable, > > > (b) the site agreement is terminated under this Act.
