#### 61 How and where site fees to be paid 61 How and where site fees to be paid > > (1) A home owner under a site agreement must pay the site fees payable under the agreement in the manner and at the place— > > > > > (a) specified in the site agreement, or > > > > > (b) agreed in writing between the operator and the home owner. > > > (2) The operator must permit the home owner to pay site fees by at least one means for which the home owner does not incur a cost (other than bank fees or other account fees usually payable for the home owner’s transactions) and that is reasonably available to the home owner. > > > > Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 10 penalty units.
