#### 156 Applications to Tribunal relating to disputes 156 Applications to Tribunal relating to disputes > > (1) A home owner, former home owner or operator of a community may apply to the Tribunal for determination of any of the following— > > > > > (a) a dispute relating to a right or obligation under this Act, > > > > > (b) a dispute arising from, or relating to, a site agreement or collateral agreement, > > > > > (c) any other matter that may be determined by the Tribunal under this Act. > > > (2) An application to the Tribunal must be made within the period (if any) specified in this Act or prescribed by the regulations.
