#### 147 Tribunal may refer matters for mediation 147 Tribunal may refer matters for mediation > > (1) The Tribunal may, with the consent of the parties, refer a matter arising in proceedings before it relating to a community to the Commissioner for mediation. > > > (2) Any party to the proceedings may, at any time, withdraw from mediation and request that the matter be remitted to the Tribunal. > > > (3) This section does not prevent the parties to proceedings from agreeing to and arranging for mediation of any matter otherwise than under this Division.
