#### 131 Possession orders 131 Possession orders > > (1) If the Tribunal makes a termination order, it must also make an order for possession of the residential site (a possession order) specifying the day on which the possession order takes or took effect. > > > (2) The Tribunal may suspend the operation of a possession order if it is satisfied that it is desirable to do so, having regard to the relative hardship likely to be caused to the operator and home owner by the suspension.
