3 Definitions
(1) In this Regulation—
building work levy, for Part 2—see clause 5(1).
monetary unit—see Schedule 2, clause 2.
the Act means the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020.

The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.
