#### 20 Power of authorised officers to enter premises 20 Power of authorised officers to enter premises > > (1) An authorised officer may enter any premises at a reasonable hour in the daytime or at an hour during which business (including building work) is in progress or is usually carried on at the premises. > > > (2) A power to enter premises conferred by this Act authorises entry by foot, vehicle, vessel or aircraft or by any other means. > > > (3) Entry to premises may be effected with or without the authority of a search warrant. > > > (4) When exercising a power of entry under this Division, an authorised officer may be accompanied by any assistants that the authorised officer considers necessary.
