act

Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Act authorises Parliament to excise 0.5115 hectare from Reserve No. 21288, a Class A “Park Lands” reserve, and reduces the reserve area accordingly; the excision is for the Kwinana Freeway (long title; s 2).

The law identifies the parcel by Lands and Surveys Misc. Plan No. 736 and performs a single cadastral change. The Act does not set out funding, compensation, or ongoing conditions — it is a statutory land-transfer instruction rather than a regulatory programme (s 2; notes).
